Previously, we’ve looked at what it being in alignment means, and even listed a few signs you’re on the right path. But, how do we know if we’re not in alignment, and how can we fix it? Here are 3 signs you may need to alter your life to get back on track.
1. Things fall through
When opportunities fall through, or there’s never enough shifts available at work, the universe could be letting you know something needs to change. It is actively trying to get rid of the things you don’t need in life.
2. You’re tired and irritable
Not having enough energy means that something in the external world is not fulfilling your soul and your spirt. Do a life audit, and think of irritating things you can get rid of, and ways to include more of what makes you happy.
3. You can’t concentrate
If no matter what you do, you can’t seem to concentrate on the task at hand, it probably means your focus and desire is elsewhere. If it’s something that needs to get done, take a five minute break to do some deep breaths. But make sure to meditate on what it is you actually want to be doing.
While these signs may seem worrying, or difficult to stop once you’re stuck in the rut, it isn’t actually that hard. Next week, we’ll look at how to reset your space and yourself with the intention of realignment.
